Our company is going to be undergoing some expansive growth in the not too distant future and I think it’s time we upgraded our HR systems in preparation for this.
I’ve been asked by our CEO to outsource this task to a HR consultancy company in the UK. I’ve come across a company called Phase 3 Consultancy who look like a very viable option but I didn’t want to out all of my eggs in one basket.
Have people had good experiences with Phase 3? And what other UK-based companies would you recommend?
